Lake Trip!

Mikaela loves rocks - she's a complete rock collector! Who can blame her with this cute, heart shaped rock?

 Yes...Ryan talked me into wearing a bathing suit in public!

But she did take time to ham it up with Alex.

We had an absolute blast at the lake. Until this summer, I had a phobia of lake water. As far as I was concerned, lakes were for fishing and kayaking. I am certainly glad that Ryan proved me wrong. We have enjoyed a couple of trips out to the lake and on his boat and I've really come to enjoy the peaceful waves and time to think. Here's to more time at the lake!
